Zandermen Storage was founded by Trevor Hayden when he moved to Clarinda to make it his family home.

Trevor is also the owner of Lifetime Hardwood Floors, a premier award winning hardwood flooring company offering installation, refinishing, and maintenance of hardwood floors in western Iowa and eastern Nebraska.

Our philosophy is to understand the customer, provide the highest level of customer service and bring self-storage to markets previously under-served through the development of self storage facilities. We always keep our customers in mind!
